Youth Strength & Fitness Sessions

These sessions offer the opportunity for children to:

Move safely, build confidence, and develop a positive relationship with exercise

Build strength and make friends in a fun, supportive way

Compliment their sports training

Learn fundamental strength movement patterns safely
What We Focus On
Each session includes a mix of learning, movement, and practical application, covering:

Fundamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, core)

Building strength safely using bodyweight, resistance bands and weights
-
Improving coordination, balance, and body awareness

Developing athlete's fitness to support their sporting goals

Developing confidence using gym or fitness equipment

Youth small group weekly classes

Home education classes

1:1 youth coaching
