Movement should feel empowering...not exclusive!
At Based in Strength, our workshops are designed to give young people a new experience of fitness: one that’s inclusive, educational, and confidence-boosting. We introduce students to dynamic resistance training, teach them how their bodies work, clear up common health and fitness myths, and show them that exercise doesn’t have to mean traditional sports.
Each workshop is tailored to the age group, with separate offerings for primary schools, secondary schools, camps and clubs, all built around the same mission: to help young people move well, feel confident in their bodies and what they need, and to feel strong from the inside out.
